When we are presented with a lending application, we always strive to get to know the detail of what is behind the project so we can play our part in making it a reality. If this happens, we are rewarded and so too is the client, their professional advisors, and the lender.
However, if we feel that the proposal is unlikely to attract funding support in its current format that is where our expertise comes into play.
We will either provide the guidance and support necessary to get the proposal funded or provide early notification if we feel that the deal is not going to attract support.
