Ed Davey Mortgage Services Ltd is a small fees free Mortgage Brokerage, based in Hampshire that covers the whole of the UK, that specialises in Contractor mortgages as well as buy to let mortgages.
We don’t charge any broker/advice fees and the service we provide is completely free to our clients. We simply get paid a fee from the lender just like most fee charging brokers also get.
The company was founded by Ed Davey having spent 10 years in the mortgage industry of which 8 years has been mostly looking after contractors and freelancers. Prior to studying as a mortgage broker Ed had worked as an estate agent which is often useful when helping clients with their house purchase.
