    Julie Gilbert, owner of 1st Mortgage Services, started the business in February 2008 and has been a Mortgage Adviser since 1998 at the tender age of 18! In her employed life, Julie was lucky to have four amazing employers before starting her own business. Her business interest started at the Black Sheep Brewery, aged 16. Here, unbeknown to Paul & Sue Theakston, she watched them like a hawk, wanting to have her own business one day. Julie also studied business at college, giving her a good grounding to start her career.
