CFC Financial Services was formed in 2002 by Andrew Langdale having spent three years working in the leasing industry after his PhD at Sheffield University. It was developed to act as a finance broker sourcing traditional banking finance alongside leasing for small emerging Companies. A major part of the business was originating from Financial Advisors who had little understanding of finance – Andrew identified the need for a company that understood both the world of financial services and business finance. An accelerated career within the financial services industry followed and Andrew was a successful part of the Zurich Financial Services Group.
